Hungarian model train manufacturer AlbertModell just announced a new series of models of wagons of type Fals in scale H0. The real wagons were made in Romania, IVA Arad in 1980’s.

Hungarian model railways manufacturer AlbertModell just notified us of the new flat freight wagons types Rgs/Res in H0 scale. Originaly these are of 19,90 m long flat wagons with 4 axles for transporting longer freight as well as containers. The original wagons were built in Burgas, Bulgaria.

This year (2026) Austrian model train manufacturer Roco celebrates 66th anniversary. With this occasion they will prepare a special edition of loco ÖBB 1216 together with Austrian Railways ÖBB with identical locomotive and colour scheme. The special loco will have the number 1216-006-7 and it will be available in H0 scale manufactured by Roco (analog-DC, digital with sound and AC with sound) as well as in N scale manufactured by Fleischmann (analog and digital with sound).

The models will be produced in limited quantity and accoridng to the preorders gathered until April 20 th 2026 or until the quantity shall be sold out. Here is the list of the models with recommened manufacturer prices:

The Hungarian manufacturer AlbertModell presents a new model of a freight wagon for transporting bulk cargo with three discharge openings under the wagon in H0 scale. The wagon’s storage compartment can be open or closed with a movable roof, there are three discharge openings under the wagon, with (additional) discharge deflectors. These are wagons of the French manufacturer ARBEL type Tads with a length of 14.86m and a storage capacity of 45 m3.

As accustomed every year, by the end of the january 2026 there is a Toy Fair in Nürnberg (Germany) and all major model train manufacturers publish their catalogues. Some are already available, please see them on a dedicated page with catalogues.
